Shipping
- FrozenQPCMods will ship our custom products anywhere over the globe.
- All custom orders placed through our website will be filled within 2-3 weeks depending on the amount of options chosen. Custom cases and reservoirs are not subject to this timeframe.
Warranty
- All FrozenQPCMods products are covered by our 120 day warranty from the date of purchase. FrozenQPCMods is not responsible for damages caused by mishandling during use and installation.
- Full refunds will only be made if the buyer returns the items within 14 days of delivery. Please send us an email requesting the refund, and include order information and the reason why the product is being returned. This will help us to greatly speed up the process.
- Please note: The refund policy only applies to items purchase directly through our web shop, not items purchased from other retailers.
- Please use the link below to submit an RMA request to receive a replacement for a defective product.

FrozenQPCMods began as a side project of mine back in January of 2009, starting out from a single spiral waterfall concept reservoir for a personal build. After displaying some of my original work on various forums, the demand for my products grew to the point where we began to receive requests from retailers.
